Although the glass itself is very durable, the double glazed unit is only as good as the adhesive that bonds the two panes together. The adhesive eventually breaks down and allows moisture to enter. Over the next few months the appearance of condensation inside the double glazed unit gets progressively worse!

The solution is to have a new unit made & replace it. This constitutes a large proportion of our works to windows & doors. However any hardware problems are easily handled, as we have sourced a comprehensive network of manufacturer supplies, enabling us to acquire many, now obsolete components.
